“Before this coaching program, I recognized that I had potential for growth but no real direction to go. Amber helped me focus in on key areas of improvement that will affect my career for years to come. She is a stern but compassionate leader herself and assisted me in seeing that there really are no faults but areas that we can focus on improving to better ourselves and those around us.
