Participants begin the process by completing the Harrison talent development or leadership assessment. This comprehensive evaluation provides a detailed understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement.
Following the assessment, a six-week coaching program commences, during which we thoroughly review the results and identify key areas to leverage strengths and address developmental needs. Together, we collaborate on setting SMART goals—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound—that align with both personal and organizational objectives. This partnership culminates in the creation of a measurable action plan, developed with input from both the employee and their manager, ensuring accountability and support.

The Leadership Mastery Coaching Program is designed for current leaders who are responsible for leading people, making operational decisions, and influencing team performance. This program focuses on strengthening advanced leadership capabilities such as strategic thinking, communication clarity, decision-making confidence, and leadership presence.
Participants begin with the Harrison Leadership Assessment suite, providing deeper insight into leadership tendencies, decision patterns, and behavioral dynamics that influence how they lead teams and manage complexity. These insights serve as the foundation for a focused and personalized development experience.
The program includes six one-hour coaching sessions where leaders work through real workplace challenges while building stronger leadership habits and decision-making frameworks. After each session, participants receive detailed session summaries, development insights, and clear action steps to apply between sessions.
To ensure alignment and organizational impact, the participant’s manager receives a summary of the assessment results and is included in the development planning and progress review process.
While the Emerging Leaders Coaching Program focuses on foundational leadership development for those new to leadership roles, the Leadership Mastery Program is designed for more experienced leaders who are looking to deepen their leadership effectiveness, expand strategic capability, and lead with greater confidence and clarity.
This program provides a structured and highly personalized leadership development experience designed to strengthen leadership impact where it matters most.
The Emerging Leaders Coaching Program is designed for professionals who are new to leadership roles or preparing to step into leadership responsibilities. This program focuses on building the essential skills and confidence needed to succeed in the transition from individual contributor to leader.
Participants begin with the Harrison Behavioral Assessment, which provides insight into their natural work preferences, communication tendencies, and leadership behaviors. These insights serve as the foundation for the coaching experience.
The program includes four 45-minute coaching sessions focused on strengthening core leadership capabilities such as communication, decision-making, accountability, and managing team dynamics. Each session translates assessment insights into practical strategies participants can apply immediately in their day-to-day leadership responsibilities.
To support continued growth, participants also receive a follow-up coaching session 60 days after the program concludes. This session provides an opportunity to review progress, discuss challenges, and reinforce the leadership habits developed during the program.
Unlike the Leadership Mastery Coaching Program, which utilizes the full Harrison suite of leadership assessments and is designed for more experienced leaders, the Emerging Leaders program focuses specifically on the Harrison Behavioral Assessment. This streamlined approach makes it ideal for leaders earlier in their development who are building their foundational leadership skills.
